What is Digg? Digg is a place for people to discover and share content from anywhere on the web. From the biggest online destinations to the most obscure blog, Digg surfaces the best stuff as voted on by our users. You won’t find editors at Digg — They are there to provide a place where people can collectively determine the value of content and they’re changing the way people consume information online.

How do they do this? Everything on Digg — from news to videos to images — is submitted by our community (that would be you). Once something is submitted, other people see it and Digg what they like best. If your submission rocks and receives enough Diggs, it is promoted to the front page for the millions of our visitors to see.

And it doesn’t stop there. Because Digg is all about sharing and discovery, there’s a conversation that happens around the content. We’re here to promote that conversation and provide tools for our community to discuss the topics that they’re passionate about. By looking at information through the lens of the collective community on Digg, you’ll always find something interesting and unique. We’re committed to giving every piece of content on the web an equal shot at being the next big thing.

How Can Social Media Helper Benefit You With Digg?

How many times have you heard, “Gee, It’d be nice to have my website seen by millions, but I don’t know where to begin.” Well, aside from writing good content, you need to have a good presence out there. Digg’ing your articles usually takes a few minutes. Add those up over a week or a month and you’re looking at several HOURS of time spent submitting your stuff.

We’re there for you, and like with our other services, we’re happy to do that leg work for you. We’ll submit all your articles to Digg (and our other services if you’d like). We’re not saying we’re going to ‘guarantee’ you front page coverage, but we’re going to let it have a shot, by being included in the first place.

Many people say that Digg is too big for ‘the little guy’ so don’t bother putting your stuff up there if you’re not a multi-million visited page. Oh, contrare monfrare, it is most certainly possible, but it won’t be if you’re not putting your info up for grabs.

We’re not out here to spoof votes or ‘game’ Digg, we’re looking to be your marketing arm for it. You craft up your website and continue to write great articles and leave the legwork up to us. Again, with any social media there are no guarantees, but like the lottery, if you don’t play, you can’t win.
